Janathon day 2

Janathon 2016 is following a very similar pattern to janathon 2015 so far… I ran on days 1&2 then too. I ran more due to the crazy half marathon training.

I am still happy with this years efforts though πŸ˜€ it was sooo rainy today that just going outside at all was an achievement!!

I decided to push myself harder than yesterday as I really didn’t do enough then! So I set my own intervals for longer runs and shorter walks. I am still doing run walk intervals and I am happy with that. But I needed alter the ratio a little and today’s worked pretty well πŸ™‚ I felt like I had worked at the end. In all honesty I could have gone on a few more intervals but I was so soggy by this point that my feet were squelching!! Quite a lot if the path thought it was a stream!!

Just in case you could be see how wet and muddy I was in the first picture, here is a better view!!

Day 2 complete πŸ˜€

You’re so good! I was very much a slacker in the latter half of 2015, so I need to step it up!
